WELCOME TO THE OFFICE OF COLLECTING & DESIGN
The Office of Collecting & Design is a traveling museum devoted to the diminutive, the misplaced, the unusual, and the forgotten.
The space is an elaborate love letter of leftover fragments from our collective memories; meticulously organized and displayed for maximum satisfaction and delight.
Immerse yourself in a world where you can open every drawer, explore every box, and discover to your heart’s content. Visitors are able to participate in our Flatlay Experience, our Scavenger Hunt, or just come in to enjoy the space.

A Little History
Originally built in 2020 in a nearly abandoned strip mall in Las Vegas, the Office of Collecting & Design began as a prop library and animation studio for multidisciplinary artist Jessica Oreck. At first, the museum was open just one day a week, but demand quickly outgrew the concept. By 2021, Jessica left animation to run the museum full time.
In 2024, Jessica launched a Kickstarter campaign to buy, renovate, and build out an old RV as a traveling version of the brick-and-mortar museum. In spring 2025, after eight months of work, she hit the road on the museum's first tour up the West Coast.
Now, the traveling museum tours twice a year, slowly making its way from the West Coast to the East Coast, one city at a time.
