If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products and subscriptions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user.
• Transmitting obscene, offensive, or inflammatory content.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the website.
• Using automated systems to access or scrape our content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

By joining a collector club or subscribing to a recurring collection, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the intervals specified for your chosen plan.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for each cycle unless otherwise stated.
• You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• We reserve the right to discontinue a club or subscription offering with reasonable notice. In such cases, you will receive a prorated refund for any prepaid, unfulfilled cycles.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability on our gift shop are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate colors and details of our curated objects, prints, and artifacts; however, variations may occur due to monitor settings and photography.

• Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
• Orders are considered complete once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is sent.

We ship collector club packages and gift shop orders to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order is processed.

• Subscription boxes and curated collections ship according to the schedule advertised for each club.
• Gift shop orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be delighted with every object you receive. If you are not satisfied with a gift shop purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

• Subscription club items are generally non-refundable once shipped, as each collection is curated specifically for members.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Information about our traveling museum, pop-up exhibitions, and tour dates is provided for general reference. Event details, locations, and schedules are subject to change based on logistics, permits, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Admission policies, ticketing, and capacity limits are determined per event and will be clearly communicated.
• We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred in connection with visiting our exhibitions.
• Photography and social media sharing are encouraged, but commercial use of images taken at our events requires prior written consent.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and curated collection concepts — is the property of the Office of Collecting & Design or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Office of Collecting & Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevada.
